This toxicity feeds into his darker side, as he will do anything, and go through anyone, to fulfil their romance.

They then begin to experience paranormal episodes in the house, which then leads to a loss in the family, forcing them to leave the house. 26 years later, the family must reunite to confront their past after tragedy strikes once again.

The Haunting of Hill House received critical acclaim, with a “certified fresh” score of 93% on Rotten Tomatoes.
