Crispy Garlic Wings

Whatever the occasion, everybody loves wings and, if you have an air fryer, these are not only tasty but super quick and easy too.  You’ll need:

  • 2 teaspoons arrowroot powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 pounds of chicken wings patted dry
  • Cooking spray preferably olive oil
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce or to taste
  • Pinch fine sea salt

Here’s how it’s done:

Combine your arrowroot, salt, garlic and pepper in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Place the wings in a large container and sprinkle with the mixture, mixing to make sure that each is coated evenly. Mist your air fryer basket with cooking spray and working in batches, place the wings in the fryer basket in a single layer and cook until browned and crisp (around 20 minutes). While cooking, you can make your sauce by mixing honey, hot sauce and salt in a bowl.  Serve drizzled with hot honey.

The humble cauliflower is one of the most versatile vegetables available and lends itself perfectly to air fryer cooking. The following air fryer recipe is crunchy, crispy and tasty and takes just 35 minutes to prepare and cook. You’ll need:

  • 1 ½ teaspoons of smoked paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of yellow curry powder
  • ½ teaspoons of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups of small cauliflower florets or pieces
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Here’s how it’s done:

Mix together all the spices. Beat the egg and add the spices into the beaten egg and mix well. Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees. Dip the cauliflower florets into the egg mixture and place them in the air fryer basket. Drizzle some olive oil. Air fry for about 8 minutes. Enjoy the delicious cauliflower florets. This is also a vegan option!

Easy Delicious Pork Chops

If you’re a fan of juicy, tender and delicious pork chops, you NEED to try this air fryer recipe. It’s so simple to prepare and can be ready as fast as 30 minutes.

  • 2 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

How to prepare the rub:

  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Here’s how it’s done:

For this recipe, I suggest you get some bone-in pork chops. You can give them a nice char on the side of the pork chops for aesthetic purpose.

You have to start by preparing the rub of the pork chops. You could probably find the ingredients in your pantry, nothing fancy! Mix brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and some pepper together. If you would like to have more of a kick, add some cayenne pepper! Rinse and pat dry the pork chops, coat them with some olive oil. Rub generously all over the pork chops.

Now place the pork chops into the air fryer basket and use the preset meat option or if your air fryer does not offer it, you can use 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
