Easy Delicious Pork Chops

Air fryer

If you’re a fan of juicy, tender and delicious pork chops, you NEED to try this air fryer recipe. It’s so simple to prepare and can be ready as fast as 30 minutes.

  • 2 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

How to prepare the rub:

  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Here’s how it’s done:

For this recipe, I suggest you get some bone-in pork chops. You can give them a nice char on the side of the pork chops for aesthetic purpose.

You have to start by preparing the rub of the pork chops. You could probably find the ingredients in your pantry, nothing fancy! Mix brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and some pepper together. If you would like to have more of a kick, add some cayenne pepper! Rinse and pat dry the pork chops, coat them with some olive oil. Rub generously all over the pork chops.

Now place the pork chops into the air fryer basket and use the preset meat option or if your air fryer does not offer it, you can use 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Set it to 9 minutes and to make sure you have the same nice coating on both sides, you can flip halfway through.
