Green Smoothie Recipe
What You’ll Need:
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
- 1/2 cup coconut water
What To Do:
- Slice a banana and place in an airtight container or plastic bag. Ideally, leave to freeze overnight or for at least 12 hours.
- When the banana is frozen, add all of your ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
