You can either post a job directly to their board or utilize their resume search feature to find the perfect candidate on your own.

If you work with a 3rd-party ATS, you can integrate it with Indeed to streamline your workflow. However, Indeed also offers its own employer dashboard where you can manage, message, or set up interviews with candidates.

What’s the Cost of Using ZipRecruiter or Indeed?

If you’re simply looking to post a job on Indeed, then you can do so for free (you can also check out other job sites that allow you to post for free). But if you want to reach a wider audience of job seekers, then you should consider sponsoring posts, which Indeed claims is 3.5x more likely to result in a hire. Sponsored posts start at $5 a day.

ZipRecruiter has a different pricing model based on a monthly subscription. The cost depends on different factors, including how many listings you post or how many users you need, although you can expect to pay at least $299 per month. However, you can try ZipRecruiter for free with their 4-day trial. Any applicants that apply for your job during that timeframe are yours to keep, even if you don’t continue with membership.
